  • When is my rent due?
Your payment for any homes or rooms for rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
You can submit rent payments online with your tenant portal using a direct deposit, credit card, or debit card. We also accept money orders or checks paid in person at our office. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY EMPLOYEE. Cash payments for our homes or rooms for rent can only be processed at CVS, 7-11, Walgreens, and Walmart using a "Pay Near Me" barcode. This barcode can be provided by the office or found on your tenant portal.
  • How do I request maintenance?
To submit a maintenance request for any of our homes or rooms for rent, please use your online resident portal.
  • What happens when my lease is up?
You are required to give us 30-60 days notice to vacate our homes or rooms for rent. Our office will contact you 61-90 days before your lease expiration and will send you a renewal offer if applicable.
  • How quickly will you be able to get my property rented?
At Lennhoff Properties, we spend time ensuring your property is ready for the rental market and attractive to potential tenants. The amount of time it’s on the market depends on competition, time of year, and the condition and price of your rental or rooms for rent. We'll ensure it rents as quickly as possible to protect your rental income.
  • How do you price my rental?
We do an extensive analysis of comparable properties in the market and price your rental or rooms for rent accordingly. The goal is to earn you the highest amount possible while minimizing your vacancy rate and ensuring we place the most qualified tenants.
  • What makes you different from other property management companies?
There's a lot that sets us apart. According to Ruby Home, there are over 326,000 property management companies in the country. However, we believe we provide better communication and care for our customers than competing property management companies. Working with us brings you a depth of knowledge that’s hard to find elsewhere.
  • What if my tenant doesn’t pay?
Before we evict tenants, we help them apply for rental assistance to get caught up after a slip in rental payment for the home or rooms for rent. This is followed by negotiating mutually agreeable move outs. Both of these steps help to minimize the cost of a non-paying tenant and eviction.
